Returns, Store Credits & Refunds

At House of Joon, every product is handcrafted. Minor variations in leather texture, finish, stitching, color tone, or detailing are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects. Please also note that colors and finishes may appear differently across screens, devices, and lighting conditions.

How Returns Work

1. Contact our team with:
    * Order ID
    * Reason for return
    * Images of the product

Please start your message with:

“House of Joon Return Request”

This helps our team process your request faster.

2. Our team reviews and approves the return request.
3. The product is returned to us.
4. Once received, our team inspects the product.
5. If approved, Store Credits are issued to your account.
6. Store Credits can be used to purchase any House of Joon product and remain valid for 365 days.

Return Charges

Defective or Incorrect Product

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, the return will be processed free of charge.

Indian Customers

For all other approved returns (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), ₹500 will be deducted from the Store Credits issued.

International Customers

Return shipping charges vary by country, location, and product. Our team will share the applicable return cost during the return process.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or style, you may return the product, receive Store Credits, and place a new order.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method under any circumstances.

All approved returns are processed exclusively through Store Credits.

All return evaluations are conducted on a case-by-case basis, and the decision of House of Joon shall be final and binding in all matters relating to returns, store credits, defects, eligibility, and policy interpretation.
